Project Overview
On the Deployment at Scale project, where I had the opportunity to participate in an agile workflow and become more vertically and deeply involved in the process from idea development in the initial stages, design iteration in the middle, and design delivery in the late stages.
For collaboration, the main focus was on improving multi-stakeholder productivity and acquiring and implementing project management skills. Through working with different experienced designers, I learned various ways of collaboration and had the opportunity to practice them in this project.
The feature is currently in the process of getting shipped, so if you are interested in learning more about my project, please reach out to me!
Reflection
One of the impressive experiences was leading Deployment at Scale pre-project workshops, collaborating with designers to create workshop sessions, analyze, and summarize key insights to quickly align ideas among stakeholders and expedite the Deployment at Scale project.
Another highlight would be creating and releasing Deployment at Scale lookbook, and efficiently completing project management from content design to visual design to user testing in a month and a half to achieve a seamless design process; cooperating tightly with visual designers, PMs, content designers, and user researchers.
